Alice & Trixie Dress size medium

Beautiful blue dress with mint green, turquoise, and yellow flowers! Double ruffle at the top, ties around the neck, & has stretchy material on the back. Has a slight pull (see last picture), not noticeable while wearing just wanted to point it out.
