Elastic at back and waist, with adjustable straps. Flowy, and reminds me of Liesl's dress in The Sound Of Music. So pretty! Color is almost metallic, silvery powder blue. This is a flattering style that works well with most body types. Fits true to size, extra small. Please see loose seem in last photo. Aside from this, dress shows no wear.
