New with tags!!! BPurchased from Nordstrom before I got pregnant (missed the return window) and now it will never fit! My loss is your gain! I think this would be beautiful on! Pictures don’t do it justice. The arms hang down around shoulders and there is a tie that goes around neck. Navy blue dress with black lace trim around arms and mid way down.
