Alice and Olivia silk dress with lambskin accents

Deep red Alice and Olivia silk dress with lambskin accents at shoulders. Elasticized waist, double layers of silk. Back buttons at top, then has a slit open to the waist zip. Cute, sexy, and slightly edgy. Tag says size large -- I take an 8 in dresses, and this fits me well, but with the elasticized waist, could likely cover sizes 6 thru 10. Possible small spot on back? See photo of close up near zipper. (I'm having trouble telling whether it is simply a trick of the fabric that needs to have the wrinkles steamed out!)
