Alicia Bell Pencil Skirt in Cream Bubble Chiffon

This one-of-a-kind fabric features layers of chiffon and woven fabric together. The mid-rise skirt is a size 4 but runs roomy, it is beautifully darted throughout - the fabric is soft but without stretch. The skirt has a slit in the back to make it easy to walk and the fabric has elegant movement. No tags, but never worn. The length falls just past the knee. It is lined and the skirt is an overall very light weight. It has a hidden zipper in the back.
