A-line Floral Midi Skirt with Pockets

This is a cute a line skirt. It has 2 tags, one says The Talbots and the other says Gordon of Philadelphia. The tag says it is a 14, but it seems to run small as I believe it might be vintage. The waist measures about 30". There are a couple tiny stains that I tried to point out. They might come out with a soaking in OxiClean, I didn't try it though.
