Stripes Mini Dress in Spandex fits beautifully and comfortable. It hugs the body from waist up and has a bit os flare from waist down. Pair it up with some red accessories to go for the nautical look. It's small, but F21 fits are smaller then average I feel. Very short too. 15 and 1/2 " from the waist. Like new.
