A-line mini-dress or shirt

Versatile - it can be an short-mini dress or a scrunched-up shirt - I've worn it both ways. It's in excellent condition. You can also wear it off one shoulder or slight low on both. I had removed the size/material tag but believe it's a small. Not sure of the material but it feels silky/soft and doesn't wrinkle.
