A-line, tea length (on me) Size 3X Black skirt with white polka dots!

Brand unknown, Amazon special. Tea length (on me, I’m 5’4”) Size 3X Black skirt with white polka dots! Has HUGE pockets!!! When flat tightest part of waste measures 19.5”. Some paired with a petticoat for a fuller retro look, but I just wore as is. Super comfy and breathable since it’s 95% cotton. Its length from top of the waste to the bottom hem is 25”. Could easily be taken up. I always pair it with a solid top and it never fails to be a hit! Still in great condition, only wore a handful of times.
