Dress is missing care tag and size, but I wore it once to a wedding and I wear a size 12 dress. Therefore, I remember that it was that size. Dress is made in the United States of America from imported material/fabric. Comes complete with a matching belt. Measures 17 inches across or 34 inches around from armpit to armpit. heartsplendor Dear Sarah: Thank you for your interest in this dress. The dress is very slender & narrow and, therefore, not full or open. It is more for a slender, slim woman -- definitely not for a full-figured woman. Dress at the hip is 17 inches just across from hip to hip, or 34 inches around the entire hip area.
