Aljean of Canada Vintage Pleated Wool Skirt

Found this skirt hanging in a zippered clothes bag in a closet I am emptying out. I have no idea how old it is but would guess around 30 years. It is 100% wool and Size 10. I am not familiar at all with this label, but at first glance I thought it was a Pendleton pleated skirt. It measures 27-1/2” from the top of the waistband to the hem. It does not appear to have ever been worn. The pleats do not look like they have ever been sat upon. However, the inside lining does have a rip, as if someone tried putting it on and stretched/tore the seam. This is the only indication that the skirt is not in pristine/new condition.
