All Glass Reverse Etching of a bird (Peacock?) mix of clear and frosted glass.

Looks like a block of shaved ice. Measures 5”T and 6 3/8” at widest point. Signature etched Into the glass. Looks like it says, “ A Century” but I can’t seem to make out exactly what it says. Some numbers (perhaps the date it was made, follows the name. Excellent Condition.
