All God's Children "Frances Harper" Figurine, Edition#17

In great condition. I have several All God's Children collectibles from my mom. She had two curio cabinets full of them, and unfortunately, after her passing, I could not locate her certificates. I'm pretty sure one of my brothers threw them away not knowing the importance of them. I do not have the original boxes, however they were kept in a beautiful closed cabinet. Frances Ellen Watkins Harper was an American abolitionist, suffragist, poet, teacher, public speaker, and writer. Beginning in 1845, she was one of the first African-American women to be published in the United States.
