Perfect condition. Short, black skirt with a beautiful floral pattern that is asymmetrical at the hem aka longer on the sides and adds to a wistfulness and fancy-free hang of the material. Elastic waistband makes for an easy fit - though it's size 6 (too large for me as a 5'8", 128 gal), but still wearable if you don't mind it hanging below the waist a little. Sweet ruffles throughout make this skirt so unique and so pretty!
