All Saints Spitalfields “Hoxie” Leather Dress

EUC gorgeous vintage leather minidress from 2012 collection; on trend for fall ‘21. Built in corset with boning. Bought off the Real Real and size was indicated as an 8–but this is a UK 8, so US Size 4, and didn’t fit me. Sold as is. Two issues of damage I found are pictured: minor thread pulling at bust dart and more major leather tear and pulling at base of back zipper. If seams aren’t strained, neither issue is particularly visible. Both could be remedied or mitigated by professional.
