Pull over styling, does have small shoulder pads, but they could be clipped out. Rayon fabric provides no stretch.. No size listed so, please compare to the measurements of a non-stretch dress that you like the fit of. Approximate flat measurements:: 18.5" armpit to armpit, 16.5 flat waist 48' long
