Super cute green lace up dress with smocking detail in the back, and flowy bottom. All That Jazz "free" size which is equivalent to one size fits most. gailryan63 @fashionmaven114 - with back tie undone, waist measures about 15" across and bust about 16" across. Smocking in the back allows for ample expansion.
