All Who Wander: Viene Gown (with sleeves)

Please see details and description in images. I hired a seamstress to alter the sleeves, attaching them to the shoulder straps, up to create full, attached sleeves. About two inches were removed from the bottom. Size 18 I’m 5’ 7”, 215 lbs, 38B I wear a 14/16, L-1X
