'All a Flutter' Peach Fairy-like Dress

From Nasty Gal, NWT in size XS but it runs large and doesn't match their sizing chart at all. This dress has zipper and hook closure in the back with elastic around the waist on the back panel. Heed the warning: this dress will be too long and loose in the torso to flatter anyone petite with a waist smaller than 27 inches. Would be great for someone taller or with a regular size small midsection. There are little cheap built in cups in the bodice.
