All in Favor Floral Dress

I love this dress but it is too small for me, and I bought it too small! It’s never been worn, but I think it would be really beautiful for a date, a wedding, or a spring occasion as it has tulips on it. It has a built in slip layer and a flowy exterior layer. Side zipper. Waistline measures 12.5 inches across, so 25 inches around just under bust. About 29 inches from mid seam to hem.
