Small boutique, luxury Italian all genuine leather ballerinas, yes outside, inside and soles! Soft like a glove, exceptional quality that can hardly be found. Never used, in beige (skin) color, original box, bought in Italy. Size EU 37, my guess US 6.5 but they will adjust to your feet till size 7. I just can't drive in them and so far didn't have an opportunity or special occasion to wear them. I had few high end ballerinas but these are of excellent quality
