I just received the shoes in the mail - they aren’t the ones pictured in the listing. They were supposed to be slip on (laces shouldn’t work) and the fabric is different. Don’t know if you sent the wrong ones by mistake… wanted to check in with you before I notified posh about it.

@sstokley the shoes I received do have working laces. They are a different style than what is shown in the pictures.

@jlb1025 the email I got from Pashmark said they issued you a return label and once they receive them back will issue you a full refund. I tried to get your address from the original label but it won’t let me print it or view it again
I would like to just send these to you at no charge for your troubles. If you send me your address I will get those out immediately Again my apologies for this mess !!

@jlb1025 Since they do a full refund they don’t offer a second label. And Since I’ve already shipped once I can’t view the original shipping label. I would like to mail these to you free of charge. I just need your address. Thanks
