runrx2 HI! I just wanted to write and let you know that the mail coming into and out of Cleveland is a literal mess and thats why the tracking on your LL Bean down jacket has not shown anything for a while. I am keeping up on the situation because i myself have been waiting to receive packages since mid November and the USPS says that they are more than 2 weeks behind. I’m SO frustrated with this situation as I’m sure you are! Just wanted to let you know that I’m monitoring things daily.

runrx2 @cclemm OK so I opened a case with the US Postal Service ( after a zillion hours on hold!).....The gentleman was very nice and said that after a case is opened with the tracking number they put someone specific on it to track it down and then they get back to me as soon as possible. They also told me to give you the case number just so you know I am doing everything I can. You can also call them and get updates if you like but I will be sure to update you as soon as I know anything!

runrx2 They said it usually takes 2 to 3 days but in this case it may be a lot longer because of Covid blah blah blah. Thanks again for your patience!!

runrx2 @cclemm Hi! Believe it or not I got a call yesterday from your local post office! The lady said that the package is in a processing plant in your area. She gave all of the reasons why it is so late… You can probably guess… Christmas, Covid ordering, illness at the post office etc.… Basically she apologized and said there is nothing we can do but wait until they get caught up with all of the packages and the back ups! Just wanted to let you know!
