@tifbrown hi! They fit true to size length-wise - an actual 9. My feet are beat up from babies, heels and waitressing and I have hammer toe in the works. 😫 So the scrunched complaint is due to how my toes feel height-wise, not length-wise. If you read reviews on all-birds website I think you’ll find others find them to run true to size!
