Allegra black w/ tiny hearts covering skirt w/ 4-5” ruffle flouncing hem.

What a fun skirt perfect for spring and summer. It is a black polyester skirt with tiny hearts that are so small you have a hard time unless you are super close! It allows you to be playful and sophisticated. It is below the knee length on my 5’5” height. The waist has elastic in the back allowing for a little give. It has a soft swirl and a wide ruffle along the hem. Mannequin is 2x so you can get an idea how she will fit. We are a non-smoking pet friendly home. I try to keep my Posh friendly room fur free but there is an occasional golden glitter I don’t charge extra.
