Allegrace Black Velvet Tunic with Keyhole Neckline

Has been washed but not worn. Soft Velvet Fabric. Great with Jeans or a Skirt for Day or Evening Wear. The back shows an impression of the keyhole neckline from being folded-please see photos. The blouse is a very dark black but the photos are reflecting the light making it look lighter color. 80% Cotton 20% Polyester. Armpit to Armpit circa 22”. Shoulder to Hem circa 28.5” L.
