This is a blouse from Allen Schwartz’s “Allen B.” line. Top was originally purchased from JCPenney. It is off-white/ Ivory / cream colored and buttons down the front. The sleeves are short cap-shoulder style sleeves. The pointed collar of the blouse has several metal stud spike accents on both points of the collar. There is an extra placket that hides the buttons on the front placket of the blouse. Blouse has never been worn and is brand new without tags.
