Allen Edmonds “Dellwood” split-toe walnut leather oxford (size 10)

Allen Edmond’s Norwegian toe oxford in rich ochre brown, size 10. Leather upper, insole, and midsole with Vibram rubber tread. Shoes have moderate wear, with marking and worn leather in insole, but without tears, rips, peeling, or odor. Soles are worn but serviceable, with outside ball of foot (both shoes) and right toe showing heavily worn stitching. There is the expected creasing at toe box and instep on both shoes, but leather conditioner and shoe trees have already improved the appearance. There are superficial rubs and hairline scratches over the upper of both shoes; photos depict most extreme examples. There is one rub on the outside heel of right shoe that is more significant than others, shown in last picture. I have only wiped with a clean dry cloth and conditioned with Saphir Creme Universelle; with some wax polish and a buff, the cosmetic wear will be greatly lessened.
