This is a special pair of shoes. Please read full description. These are vintage Allen Edmonds that look as if they were never worn outside. The veg tanned sole and insole look brand new. These vintage AE’s were made much better then their shoes now (I have 12 pairs of newer AE’s) these are more like my Alden shoes or my Crockett and Jones pair. The stitch density of the soles and the stitching is just perfect. Here is the story of these shoes. They are originally stamped by the factory 13AA which looks like it was a mistake because they are not as long as a typical 13. This makes sense to why they were never worn. What we did is take a shoe stretcher and stretched them out and molded them to a more European last to give them a sleeker look. This makes them a 12C. A toe burnish was also added. This is a rare opportunity to get a one of a kind pair of shoes. Shoe trees not included.
