Alley Cat by Betsey Johnson vintage velvet shirt/jacket, VGUC

Beautiful velvet piece, could use a steam, as it’s pretty wrinkled. Slight discoloration on collar, otherwise is great condition for its age (50+ years). Gives me mick jagger vibes. No stretch, about an XS (nowhere near a modern 9/10).
