Alligator Weather style trench over coat tweed vintage

This is an Alligator Weather style over coat trench coat. I would say that it’s tweed but I’m no expert. No size listed. But I’d say it is an extra large. I used to be a size 46 mens suit jacket and this is very close to that. Slight discoloration on both shoulders and back of collar. Probably from hair. I took a few seconds and a tiny bit of fabric cleaner and got a lot of it out. A trip to the dry cleaner would probably take care of it. It’s not even that visible but it’s there. Keep in mind it’s a 50 year old coat. Lining is showing 2-3 small rust spots. Please see picture for overall condition. Sharp looking jacket.
