Allison Brittney Poncho tunic/dress

Cowl neck. Arm holes and sewn all the way down so it can be worn as a top or dress. This poncho/shrug fits like a large. Very roomy and purposefully oversized. I am 5'7" and this hits about mid thigh so it can be worn as a dress or top.
