Allison New York Off-the-shoulder midi dress

Very cute fit-and-flare off the shoulder dress in black and white by Allison New York in XS/Petite (fits comfortably up to non petite US size 4) -Gently used, in fantastic shape -knit is medium weight - light enough to wear in summer but heavy enough to wear without any bra, shapewear, or slip -hits mid-calf/below knee on me (5 ft 5) -altered to get rid of the the ties attached to the back of the dress (see pic of original for comparison). The dress stays up with the sleeves and I use the front ties to help the dress keep its shape while hanging.
