This is a 2 piece set. Dress is a longer midi (possibly maxi...see measurements). Vest is short, has buttons, decorative buttons on flaps of mock pockets (NO POCKETS). Dress has a round neck, pull on, long, somewhat clingy sleeves. Bodice of dress is striped in black with the vest featuring vertical stripes. The material is textured, thin but not sheer. It is a little scratchy and has a bit of a metallic shimmer to it in the right light. It is quite attractive and unusual. One owner, vintage piece.
