moniquenatalie @beccajeanx I never had it altered but I am 5 foot and it was a lengthy skirt (about cathedral)! I have pictures in it if you want I can send my number and I can send you them and more information about it! I had the hooks removed and my seamstress made an invisible belt in the front that attaches to a button on the other side
