In excellent shape overall, there are some signs of wear on the silk underlay on the bottom of the dress, but minimal which cannot be seen with the lace overlay/train. The alterations were done at a bridal-alterations place so they were very carefully and precisely done. Major thing was adding cap sleeves. It is possible to remove them. The dress has a built in bra and doesn't need an undergarment. Buttons have been added for the bustle (13 buttons because dress is heavy). Dress has been cleaned
