Allure Couture wedding dress

Worn once then professionally dry-cleaned. It is in "like new" condition aside from bottom 1-2" of dress (sporadic dirt stains from the outdoor reception) I didn't have the dress hemmed at all (5' 8" & wore 2" heels). It's perfect for someone who would need 2" hemmed. Other issue is a small tear in lace about 5" from the bottom of dress (see photo). The dress is originally a sz 12 however, it was altered mostly in the bust area (fits more like designer 10). See photos to see my body type.
