Is there small true to size? or does it run small?

@kamo303, the material is thicker than what it looks like in the photo (NOT a t-shirt) and while it does have some “flex” to it…I would say it is an athletic fit. Nice length too…not too short and provides coverage. Hope that helps. It’s a great piece…looks sharp!
