I used it as a little cute bathing suit cover up. It could and probably is just a dress. Has a built-in bra shelf which is nice. Cotton/Rayon/Spandex blend. Machine washable. Has no holes or stains but a little of the thread comes a little loose on the tie part. But besides that it’s in good condition.
