Alt B dress is lined and a tiny padded in the top. size XS There is aprox 3 Xtra inches of stretch in this dress. 13 inches across under armpits. Stretched it has 16 inches. the waist is 10 inches, but it can also stretch 3 more inches. From shoulder to the bottom of the dress, it is 32 inches long.
