This is an Altar'd State dress, new with tags, never worn, in a size small. It was originally purchased for a semi formal event, it is white overlay with white flowers and gold threaded roping design, underneath is a nude colored lining with a split at one leg. The back has adjustable straps and the front is V cut. The dress zips up the back and is absolutely beautiful. It has never been altered. Items are from a smoke free home, measurements are approximate and I am open to offers and discounted bundles!

brightmom03 @lwdyer1990 hey there, no padding, but it is lined. My daughter planned to use bust tape when we originally purchased it.

brightmom03 @mczolty, I think it is hard to say. The bodice does fit snug once it is zipped and the straps are adjustable which is what sold us on buying it to begin with. I think it certainly has the possibility to pull in or let out around the bust, using the straps.
