Altar’d State Navy Purple Floral Dress (Size S)

Gently used, excellent condition. Dress is two layers: a sheer top layer and a solid navy blue lining. (See last two photos.) Sleeves are sheer. Floral pattern is a soft velvet. Zipper in back is hidden and unzips quite low for ease of dressing. Draw strings in front provide some customizability in chest area. Double bell sleeve adds a fun and flirty vibe.
