Altard State Off-the-shoulder Maxi - floral

Excellent used condition off the shoulder maxi dress with optional straps! I usually wore this by tucking the straps in the sleeves because I like the true off the shoulder look. The material is soft and stretchy and so flattering. I’m 5’6” and the dress fell perfectly with sandals. Please note that the dress was altered slightly because of a rip in the back of the skirt. It is not very noticeable, but the last two pictures show you what to expect! Because the material is stretchy, I’d say it can fit a size 6 to 10 (I was between an 8 and 10 when I wore this!)
