Altar’d State Yellow Corduroy Tulip Edge Skirt Fully Lined Side Zip Cotton/Spand

Adorable yellow corduroy mini skirt. In excellent preowned condition. Tulip edged bottom. Fully lined. Says size large on tag but it sure doesn’t look large to me. It does have some stretch but not enough to go up a size. Please measure and be sure it fits you before purchasing! Waist across front of skirt measures 15 inches. Flares outward from there to a width of 21 1/2 inches at the hem. Length 16 1/2 inches to bottom of tulip edge.
