This vest is water resistant. Surprisingly quite warm. You can tighten down the hoody and impeccable quality. The zipper in the back allows you to pack it smaller or offer storage. There are two pockets up front and drawstring at the waist. It’s in great condition- I just currently don’t wear it enough
