@nikkiraja it's a GORGEOUS dress that unfortunately does not fit me. Wishful thinking. Here are the measurements...
-Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 14.75"
-Shoulder seam to waist 16.5"
-Waist circumference 28" (and A-line from there, flowy in the hips but lies well)
-Full length 48" (can be easily shortened)

@nikkiraja I apologize that I missed this notification. There's no stretch because it's silk, but the chest measures 36.5" in circumference. Hope this helps. If you want to try it, I'm happy to send and see if I can accept a return this time. I would say it fits true to size. It definitely does not run small.
