raebbaby @ashleyanneh Hi! Yes. I just made them small as possible and it’s REALLY SMALL. About 8” around at the waist 5” around at the legs. These were for my son to wear to swim class at 6 months, and he’s a skinny little dude. They definitely would fit at 3M- and are VERY adjustable. Ps they are always growing 😉😫
