Alviero Martini leather and suede jacket

Purchased in Milan in 2004ish for $695 euros but only worn 8-10 times simply because I don't wear much brown. It's still in excellent condition except for a tiny hole along the seam under the left arm - so small that it was hard to get a photograph to show it (see enlarged photo) Short jacket, mostly brown suede with brown leather side panels. Label size reads 44, but I was a size 4 when I purchased it.
