I’m not sure if the previous owner had it altered, but it fits a woman who is 5’2” and about 115 lbs. Will work with 3.5-4 inch heels. Dress is strapless mermaid style with a train. Low back. There’s a tiny rip in the netting near the bottom of the zipper, see pics.
