Previous seller mentioned it was dirty. Is it stained or dirty? It is NWT original tags?

I just looked at the dress. I did not wear it. It is wrinkled but I do not see that it is dirty or stained anywhere. The original tags are still intact. You would want to have it pressed before wearing it.
